For more than 20 years, Skybolt has been a talent management system primarily serving the film industry. With that history came a site that was beginning to show its age. The task for this project was to overhaul the look and feel of the site, giving it a modern and sophisticated look. In total, around 30 pages were developed. These pages include an ability to browse from a collection of talent, message, schedule, view info and posted media, as well as a user and agency page, amongst others.
Talent Cards: Half abbreviated info, half user notes. The talent cards allow users to quickly browse, filter and choose talents to create a talent package.
Scheduling: When a talent package is created, the user can create a schedule with a simple drag and drop function.
Calendar: A monthly and daily (accessed from clicking on a date) calendar is available to give an overview of scheduled appointments.
Package History: Lists the previous talent packages and prompts users through 5 steps to share, shortlist, and schedule their collection of talent packages.
Messaging: Message other talent or agencies including group messaging. When a group message is clicked it expands into an extended view. Within that thread, there are also expandable sub-threads with individual recipient conversations.
Talent Pages: Customizable input for each of the talents.
